A family-run villa built around relaxed Cyprus living.
Owned by two Welsh families 🏴 who fell in love with Cyprus, Paradise Point was created as a place for sunshine, slow days, family time and memorable stays by the sea.
Bought in 2023 by brothers Derrick and Colin together with their wives Christine and Julie, the villa continues to evolve each year through ongoing improvements, thoughtful updates and a genuine love for the island and the lifestyle around Kapparis.

Originally from Newport in South Wales, the family have long shared a love of the sea, sunshine, good food and relaxed family holidays.
Cyprus quickly became somewhere they returned to again and again — drawn by the coastline, the warmth of the local area and the slower pace of life around Kapparis and Protaras.
Big fans of rock music, DIY projects and evenings spent around a table with good company, they wanted Paradise Point to feel personal rather than corporate — somewhere guests could fully unwind and feel at home.
The villa is cared for and enjoyed by the family throughout the year, with ongoing investment focused on comfort, simplicity and creating the kind of place people genuinely want to return to.
